Become an ARC System™ Certified Intercultural Consultant!

The Certification Process

Complete the certification process online in five straightforward steps:

Step 1: Reading
Get to know the ARC System™ by reading select chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 11 of The Culture Solution. Once you’re familiar with the framework in the book   and how it works, you’re ready to start.

2: Application
Contact us using the form below to purchase access and begin training.

Step 3: Training
Watch videos on the cultural dimensions in the framework, teaching recommendations, common areas of confusion, and practical application of the system. View the videos as often as you like, test your knowledge with practice quizzes. Schedule an online conversation with Deirdre to share experiences, discuss techniques, and get answers. You can complete the process in a couple of weeks or over a period of up to six months.

Step 4: Review
Confirm your understanding of concepts and techniques via an online exam that will show that you're ready to explain cultural analysis concepts and terminology and apply your analytical skills and techniques to intercultural problems.

Step 5: Certification
Once you've completed the review process successfully, you’ll receive certification as an ARC System™ Certified Intercultural Consultant, and your bio and photo will be profiled on this website.

Step 6: Post-Certification Resource Access
Once you’re certified, you will have access to the ARC System™ Resource Library, a suite of branded  materials that will guide you in presenting the system seamlessly and professionally.
